Julie and I got a call last week from a new friend in Columbus who herself is working to serve victims of forced prostitution and human trafficking. Marlene of Rahab's Hideaway is a saint. And doma is working with her to develop a program for homeless minors who have been trafficked or are at risk. Marlene called to tell us that Minga was coming to town. It's a group of teenagers on a road trip this summer to raise awareness about the global big business of human trafficking. They will be at Riverside United Methodist on Tuesday at 5pm. Check it out.
